This festive season, Bier Garden Rooftop, located at Palace Saigon Hotel, presents Sparkling Night, a special dining experience designed for year-end celebrations.

When ordering the Sparkling Night Set Menu, guests enjoy two hours of free-flow beer and wine, paired with a premium menu featuring Wagyu beef, salmon, abalone, cod fish, and more. The experience is elevated by a rooftop setting overlooking Nguyen Hue Walking Street.
