This June, Calibre Lounge is delighted to present Noodle Soup with Shrimp and Shrimp Roe Wontons – a refined creation crafted for discerning diners.

Each wonton is meticulously handmade, with a soft, delicate wrapper encasing a sweet shrimp filling enriched with shrimp roe. The rich, layered texture combines the creaminess of the shrimp with the light crunch of the roe.

Smooth noodles are served with plump whole shrimp and fresh greens, coming together in a vibrant, well-balanced dish that excites every sense.
